2021 NSW Architecture Awards

Congratulations to McGregor Westlake Architecture for receiving an Heritage award at the 2021 NSW Architecture Awards. The project at 58 Carr Street in Sydney’s beachside suburb of Coogee was undertaken by MAX Build.

We were engaged to replace the small, impractical balconies, significantly expanding their footprint, as well as a façade refresh and reconfiguration of the two-level car park to allow for a retail tenancy. The new commercial space was sold to recoup the majority of building costs.
