Structures Foreman
Full Time
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with senior team members, you will manage subcontractors and MAX Build employees on the project.
You will take a lead in achieving project completion by managing the programme, ensuring high quality and safe projects, and engaging with clients and residents.
The successful person will have:
Demonstrated experience as a Structures Foreman
A calm and measured approach to work
Love complicated problem solving
Experience in structures, facade, and high-end residential projects
Have strong organisational skills

Contracts Administrator
FULL TIME
Reporting to the Project Managers and working closely with other senior members of the team you will be based at the Sydney office. You will be required to assist with quantity take-offs, subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules, HBCF and ISO documentation plus manage project claims.
You will be working through all stages of construction.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details, loves to drive and negotiate contracts while also ensuring it's administered correctly. Our ideal candidate will have a background in Law, Building or Construction Management who has previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within construction and is looking for a company that provides career growth opportunities. You will have:
Minimum five years’ experience in Contracts Administration in construction
Confidence with procurement including preparing scopes of work, letting and negotiating contracts
Knowledge of contractual and SOPA legal requirements and contract administration
Commercial know-how
Take pride in your work and its impact on the project’s successful delivery
A natural problem solver
Adept at working in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office, and Jobpac
Administrative skills, collaborative, proactive
Ability to liaise with stakeholders such as Sub-contractors, suppliers
Demonstrated understanding of Principal Contractor WHS requirements (including creating and reviewing SWMS, Inductions etc)

Leading Hand Carpenter
FULL TIME
Working with the delivery team, you will be help manage packages of work for the project and have the opportunity to develop your supervision skills on the job.
Requirements:
Experience and qualifications in formwork carpentry
Working knowledge of all aspects of construction, including reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Ability to manage works within set time frames, to a high standard and with limited supervision
Strong communication skills to work with the construction delivery workforce, the project management team and clients

Concrete Repair Lead
FULL TIME
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role would suit an experienced technician wanting to progress to a site management role. As the Concrete Repair Lead, your main role is to lead the concrete repair work division on site.
Your responsibilities include:
Complete investigations accurately, including drummy tests and mark
Supervise and train junior staff
Complete the QA and ITP's
Record quantities
Implement relevant WHS systems
