At MAX Build our business is independently audited twice per annum through different lenses. iCare NSW reviews the financials, project performance and claims history, while retaining our ISO accreditation necessitates a deep dive into our operating systems.

To the end client this provides maximum assurance that we are a safe and sustainable company.

ISO STANDARDS

ISO9001, ISO14001 & AS4801 accreditation is subject to a rigorous review process annually. Third-party certifier, Best Practice Certification, assesses MAX Build’s Integrated Management System, both on site and at head office, to ensure we are adhering to the standards set to retain our credentials. It is one of the ways in which we demonstrate our seriousness about safety, quality control and continually improving systems to deliver defect-free work.

iCARE NSW

Responsible for managing HBCF insurance claims for defective residential construction, iCare NSW reviews our financial health and performance on individual projects to set our residential contract value and quantity cap. Based on our strong track record as a remedial construction company, each year the statutory authority has continually increased MAX Build’s limits, currently set at $28 million.
